Madonna's Adoption Rejected by Court!
A Malawi judge turned down the adoption claiming that one must reside in the country for 18-24 months in order to adopt a child.
It's a shame that the adoption was rejected because Madonna would have definitely provided Mercy James, 3, with the proper education and support that she does deserve.
